The actual cost of our services is always given to our customers right after the diagnostic phase and this given price is never exceeded.
Although every data loss incident differs from each other, customers can get an idea of pricing structures based on the following "price list". The "price list" shows price ranges excluding any discounts.

The pricing is expressed in EUR & do not include 15% VAT. VAT is added to the total for all orders delivered within Luxembourg & also to all subjects within the EU who are not VAT registered.
The customers are charged only in case of successful recovery.
In special cases the price can be higher, e.g. for RAID arrays for uncommon SCSI or Fiber Channel drives. This is also true when combination of the listed damages is encountered.
